Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests can be made before the order is dispatched.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Refunds
If a refund is approved, the eligible amount will be refunded to the original payment method or through an appropriate payment method available to us.
The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may depend on the payment provider or bank.
Damaged Products
If you receive a product damaged during transit, please contact us with:

- Clear photographs of the package
- Clear photographs of the damaged product
- Unboxing video, if available
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund where applicable.
Wrong / Missing Product
If you receive an incorrect or missing product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and order details.
We will review the issue and assist you with the next steps.
Non-Returnable Products
Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, hygiene considerations, customisation, or other applicable conditions.
